Jayanthi serves as a Portfolio Manager of Sabre Partners. She joined Sabre Partners in 2003 and over the years has managed multiple internal and external projects including leadership development, talent management of portfolio companies, strategy implementation, and leading operational deal execution. Jayanthi has delivered on multiple projects focused on the future of work, continuous process improvement and implementation of systems. At Sabre, she designed and implemented a successful female mentorship programme across the organisation.

Jayanthi is Master of Arts with Distinction from University of Madras, specializing in Economics.
